We will succeed in making life better in Cumberland County when we consistently exceed the expectations of the donors, grant recipients and grantseekers we have relationships with –– and those we hope to have relationships with in the future.
Since we were created in 1980, the community has depended on Cumberland Community Foundation for leadership, expertise and financial support. We have been able to make an impact in these areas only because of our customers: donors, grantees, and, ultimately, the community.
We believe our future success — and that of the community — depends upon our ability to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. We believe that when we exceed our customers’ expectations and still continuously work to excel and improve, the result will be a deeper, more lasting impact.
To improve customer satisfaction, we will:
- Collect information from internal and external customer groups; and
- Use that information to create and begin using strategies that enable us to exceed customer expectations.
