O. Raymond Manning, Jr.
President

A Fayetteville native, Manning served as President of Southeastern Hospital Supply Corp., his family business when it was sold to Bergen Brunswig Corp. in Atlanta, GA.  He worked for them in Atlanta for six years and returned to Fayetteville after retiring.  He enjoys giving back to his hometown.  He is currently serving as Secretary of the Methodist University Board of Trustees but has been active on the boards of Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, Fayetteville Academy, United Carolina Bank and was also Chairman of the Health Industry Distributors Association.  Manning has served as a Foundation Director since 2005.  He has served on the Audit, Community Grants, Investment and Executive Committees.

S. Lynn Legatski
Vice President

Legatski moved to Fayetteville in 1988 with her family to manage the A.G. Edwards office.  She has served on the boards of the Fayetteville Museum of Art, Networth and is currently on the board of the Cape Fear Regional Theatre. She is also a member of the Women's Giving Circle of Cumberland County.She retired from A.G. Edwards in 2005. Legatski has served as a Foundation Director from 1992-1997 and since 2005.  She is currently chair of the Investment Committee, a member of the Grants and Executive Committees and has served as Secretary.

Ashton L. Fox
Secretary

Fox is a horse breeder in Cumberland County who enjoys giving back to her community.  She has volunteered with Fayetteville Urban Ministry, The Women’s Center, the United Way and First Union Bank Board of Directors.  She has been a Foundation Director since 2003, serving on the Community Grants, Education Grants, Investment and Executive Committees.

John "Mac" Healy
Treasurer

As a very active community volunteer and President of Healy Wholesale, Healy has served many organizations.  Some of these include First Citizens Bank, Cumberland County Education Foundation, Cape Fear Regional Theatre, Fayetteville Museum of Art and March of Dimes.  He has been a Foundation Director since 2003 serving on the Grants, Audit, and Executive Committee.  He has also served as the Building and Grounds Advisor for the Foundation property.
