Cumberland Community Foundation awards grants to nonprofit organizations in order to improve the quality and spirit of community life.

Some donors restrict or direct their support to certain designated causes (through their Designated Endowments and Donor Advised Funds). Other donors leave it up to Cumberland Community Foundation to decide which projects will produce the best results for our community (through their Community Funds, often named for the donor or loved one). We are happy to serve all donors and help them achieve their charitable goals.

Cumberland Community Foundation will be accepting applications for the 2017 grant cycle. Applications will be available January 10, 2017. The deadline to apply is February 17, 2017. All applicants are required to attend a Grant Information Session.
