How to Apply for Grants

Cumberland Community Foundation will be accepting applications for the 2017 grant cycle. Applications will be available January 17, 2017. The deadline to apply is February 17, 2017. 

All organizations intending to apply must attend a grant information session unless someone from the organization attended a session in June 2016 at the start of the prior grant cycle. The grant information session is designed to help you to learn about funding opportunities, eligibility, and application guidelines. These sessions will be held in the CCF Board Room (308 Green Street) at the dates and times listed below.

  • January 17, Noon – 1pm
  • January 20, Noon – 1pm 
  •  January 26, 4pm – 5pm
  • January 31, 4pm – 5pm
  • February 10, Noon – 1pm

Registration is limited to two participants per organization. Grant information sessions are free and open to the public, but registration is required.

There are two ways to register:

  1. Send an email to darryl@cumberlandcf.org and include the date you will attend, the name of your charitable organization, and the contact information (name, phone number, and email address) of each attendee.
  2. Call 910-483-4449 ext. 102 to register by phone.
