 partisan election-related activities by 501(c)(3)s\nWhether nonprofit dive
 rsity\, equity\, and inclusion programs and policies are now 'illegal disc
 rimination'\nImplications of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act for nonprofits
  and the people they serve\nUpdates on the state budget process\nA preview
  of major state policy issues affecting nonprofits in 2026.\nWe encourage
