MyCCF

Cumberland Community Foundation is pleased to offer our fundholders the opportunity to access their fund information online via a secure, password-protected portal. With MyCCF, you can check your fund balance, submit grant recommendations, view donation and grantmaking history, and donate to your fund.

We have created the MyCCF site in order to increase accessibility and convenience. While you will still have the ability to request printed donation and grant histories from CCF staff and/or submit grant recommendations via physical recommendation forms, it is our hope that this additional option will help simplify and streamline your personal philanthropy.

To access the MyCCF site, please click the link below. This will take you to a new page where you will be asked to enter your unique Username and Password.

*****Please note: We currently offer the MyCCF feature for Donor Advised Funds at the Foundation*****

We have created the tools below to aid you in your use of the MyCCF portal:

  • Click above to view the "MyCCF Guide." We have created this comprehensive guide to the MyCCF site to assist you in learning to navigate this new feature. We highly recommend reading through this guide as a nice starting point.

  • Click above to view the "MyCCF FAQ" document, where we have compiled several of the most frequently asked questions by fundholders and advisors. We will continue to add questions and answers to the list, so if you have a question that is not answered here or in the system instructions, please contact Maddie@CumberlandCF.Org.

If, after reviewing the MyCFF Guide and FAQ documents, you find yourself in need of assistance please contact Donor Services Manager, Maddie Kellogg, at Maddie@CumberlandCF.org or 910-483-4449 ext. 107.
